Hi, I opened this website after thinking about it for so long. I admit it, at this time (1 december 2007) I still don’t know much about blogging. But after my interview to Matt Mullenweg, I am excited about the way blog and the whole internet are changing the way we live and so I want to experience this too. I believe all humanity was looking for this free way of expression for so long.

Well I tell you a bit about myself. I am a journalist. I freelance in Italy. But not only for Italian media but also for foreign websites and magazines. With this blog I  intend to open discussions about journalism, about news from Italy where I live. What do I see in my home country and share all this with the outside world.

I believe that a better understanding can just help the whole world to live better.

  1. Great idea Piervi – now what can we discuss? I guess the main story coming out of Italy is the murder of the English exchange student Meridith Kutcher – what is the view from the Italian media?

  2. Hello Amanda,
Thank you very much for leaving a comment.
Well I haven’t thought about the differences in Italian and English media coverage of that tragic event.
I think I am going to research and post it in here. I believe it’s a good idea to start this blog with. Thanks
